This pancetta is made from whole pork belly thats lightly spiced with salt and black pepper, then hand-rolled and tied. Our pancetta is consistently and exceptionally lean, cured with salt and a handful of spices, tightly rolled into the shape of a large salame and then dry-cured and aged naturally. No water is added. Nor is it smoked. Its intense flavor is key to an authentic Pasta Carbonara. It’s also great in sauces, soups, salads, quiches, and even pizza.
