Imported from Italy, made 100% from Italian grown grapes some including Trebbiano, Albana, Montuni grapes, naturally fermented then barrel aged. It is also frequently less sour or acidic than distilled white vinegar. Best used for sauces, salad dressing and marinades for chicken and fish.
