Cargill Sea Salts are made from Pacific Ocean sea salt, which is harvested from ponds near the San Fransico Bay. This salt is intended for a variety of uses, particularly those where calcium and magnesium must be kept to a minimum. Recommended for use in products requiring a very fine crystal size for uniform blending. Ideal for use in dry soup, cereal, flour, spice mixes, and topping snack foods.
