Made in Holland exclusively for Cypress Grove Chevre, Midnight Moon is nutty and brown buttery up front with a long caramel finish. This cheese has a brown-buttery nutty flavor. It is a smooth yet slightly grainy cheese. Midnight moon is aged at least six months. It is ivory in color and firm.
