Garroxta is a semi-soft goat’s milk cheese produced in the Catalonia region in northern Spain. The flavor is milky and delicate with a hint of nuttiness and a clean, smooth finish. It has a firm but creamy white interior, with a natural mold rind. This beautiful cheese is characterized by it’s gray mold growth on the rind.
