Prickly Pear Fruit puree blended with cane sugar and other ingredients. Prickly Pears are the fruits that grow on top of the flat cactus pad, when peeled the pulp has a delicate melon-fig taste. Puree has a smooth consistency and a magenta-red color typical of prickly pear fruits. None of the products manufactured by The Perfect Puree of Napa Valley contain any fruits or vegetables that have been genetically engineered.
